This Policy regulates the purchase and use of all paid services within NovDrama. This includes "Premium Subscriptions," "VIP Status," and virtual items like "Coins" or "Bonus" points.
NovDrama does not handle financial transactions directly. All payments are processed through the authorized billing systems of your mobile platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
When you initiate a purchase, you enter into an immediate and binding agreement. You acknowledge that because the digital goods are delivered instantly, the transaction is final.
Coins are proprietary, non-transferable digital licenses. They are used solely to unlock specific copyrighted episodes or premium features within the NovDrama app.
Coins are not cryptocurrency and have no real-world cash value. They cannot be refunded, withdrawn, traded for real money, or transferred to other accounts or apps.
NovDrama reserves the right to change the exchange rate of Coin bundles or the amount of Coins needed to unlock content at any time, without prior notice, based on economic conditions.
Purchasing a VIP membership grants you specific privileges for a limited time. Specifically, VIP members enjoy ad-free viewing of all drama episodes in the highest available definition (HD/4K). However, please note that this membership strictly excludes the ability to download episodes; all content must be viewed via online streaming.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove specific membership benefits to match our product strategy and content licensing agreements.
When your subscription term ends, all VIP privileges stop immediately. However, episodes that you previously unlocked permanently using Coins generally remain accessible.
Because digital content is intangible and consumed instantly, all purchases of Coins and Subscriptions are final and non-refundable, unless applicable consumer protection laws strictly mandate otherwise.
If you initiate a chargeback without a valid reason, it is considered a breach of contract. This may result in the permanent suspension of your NovDrama account and the removal of your virtual balance.
You are fully responsible for all charges on your account. NovDrama is not liable for losses if you fail to secure your device or payment passwords.
You must only use the official in-app purchase system. NovDrama is not responsible for losses if you buy from unauthorized third-party sellers.
